well all i can say is u have hit the nail on the head there..... if those things are improved then it will be a very good and profitable company... rdahosting did start off very weel but they let things slide and started to get a very very bad name

 

That is very true they have over 400 paying customers a very good profit to be made if everything is put right Again

we have a new template for the site also better servers ready to replace the current ones

 

i am on rdahosting and i can only say, the desktop service still very lousy. I might consider quitting on those plan.

Its not i can't afford, i have plenty of money, just when i login to your remote desktop account.

It happen this -

Loading.... Launch firefox... type url,white screen(loading) .. wait wait wait... if a page like myspace.com got advertisement that is animated , its a GOOD GAME - GG.

I hope you guys can improve on such situation. At least if i feel i got what i paid for, i will continue and refer more webmasters of my niche to buy a account with you guys too.

We have 3 Memebers of Staff over 400 customers I have prooved this
And ticket Replys can be anywhere from 1 Minuite To 6 Hours Garunte as this is In Our new terms of service
