I signed up with Razzlehost and been having bunch of problems. I was wondering if anybody that uses them are having issues? I cannot pull up any of my sites www.nclexguide.com www.losebabyfat.net Can you check to see if you can access the sites and let me know? Razzlehost keeps telling me that they are fine and it is my browser which I know it is not. I can't ping or get ftp timeout erorrs. Please check and see if you can pull up the sites
Yes i can access them, open a ticket and tell them that the server has blacklisted your IP address and give them your IP, they will whitelist it.. If nothing works out try my hosting lolz Good Luck ! JatSim
A bit slow from my end, but they are up and online. Ask them if they have any firewall installed - and for them to check and see if your IP has been banned. If their website and your website share the same server, than this is not the case - as I'm assuming you can access their ticket system. Maybe it is a problem with your cache. Try clearing it, giving your computer a reboot, and giving those sites another go.
