    It is a keyword domain which has thousands of monthly search associated (5400 precisely). Any commercial landing page or blog could be made around it.

    It is a brandable domain (Ray-Ban) so a good business could be made around the domain.

    It could be resold for good price.

    I think there might, possibly, just an inclination or maybe just a little bit of copyright or trademark issue with this!!
