Hey i've been trying several cpm networks and i've tryied claxon that pays for all traffic don't matter clicks don't matter countries, but they pay really low like a fraction of cent per cpm :(.
What i want to know is that if there are other networks that pay per raw cpm non unique bad traffic, etc..
If you guys could give me an hand i'll be very appreciated ;).

paypopup? rates aren't great, but it's at least 3 cents, if I recall correctly, per 1000 Chinese visitors, and about 20 cents for the American ones (banner rates).

Check out this list of CPM programs. The first one on the list pays up to 1.80$ per 1000 impressions of popups if the traffic comes from UK/US . The other countries have lower rates. As much as I know - they pay for every traffic, nonunique qualifies also.

i've been rejected in paypopup, and i would prefer banner to pop up.
Any other cpm programs that pays for non-unique impressions (like claxon).
