I like it a lot. Most one word esoteric .net domains are not worth very much, but that's a really good one that is very hip, brandable and easy to remember. I'd say $500 at the very least but possibly several thousand to the right buyer. You won't know of course for certain until you try to sell it. I certainly wouldn't give much weight to an official appraisal as it is really only a subjective opinion on a word like that and most probably a waste of your money. If you want to try to sell it, I'd first shop it around to see if you could find a private auction willing to take it. If they do, they will likely give you an estimate. If not, I'd pay the promo fee to get it noticed on the front page of Sedo and see how it does there at auction. Or, you could just sit on it as it will only go up in value especially when the economy turns around in a few years. (That's what I'd do.) Good Luck. I think you got a winner.
