Ratio between no competition AND no backlinks = x position in SERP?

    Hi,

    I wanted to know what the connection is between the number of backlinks and the number of competition (results displayed) regarding Search Engine Rankings?

    Basically, how many backlinks do you need to come up in the top 5 SERP if you had, lets say, 100,000 results for a particular search term?

    NO one will be able to give you an answer to this only Google as it is down to their algo.
