I'm trying to put together a website that ranks/rates various things and tie it all together in a social networking atmosphere. Anybody know the best free and/or minimally priced applications for this? Also- Does anyone know how the following site accomplishes this? http://www.buddytv.com I'm really impressed with some of the features there, but can't figure out from the source code what they are using. Maybe somebody can tell me? Thanks!
