I am trying to make customers feel better about buying my products on-line in order to increase my conversion rate and lower the number of phone orders. I have been working with Ratepoint for a few weeks now. So far only one rating from someone who had a complaint (4 out of 5 stars), but over 1000 clicks to check it out. I am looking for real world experience from unbiassed webmasters. Do you think Ratepoint helps customers buy? This morning in our company meeting I asked the group if they think that buySafe would be good to put on our site. I got very mixed reactions, most of the group thought it would be a negative for us, "Why," the customer would ask , "does this company need a bond on deliveries?" Any experiences you can relate? best regards wiz
