I just want to start a new site as like as www.ratebd.com. This is a rating site and also has a forum. Any buddy tells me where I am found this script. Actually I need a free script. If it is not possible then I am ready to spend some money.
You should Create new One for your self , and i don't think that you can found the goot script like this only with paid method ...but if you want to create new one we can do that for you ..
