too separated, too much very different colours and strange font,, shake it a bit together if you want a more prof site templaet .. good luck ..

on a serious note. You have too much going on in terms of colors. Pick 1 or 2 and go for shades instead of the entire spectrum. Look forward to the next revision (if indeed there is one)

I would recommend changing the page layout and tweaking the boxes anyway.

Honestly, It's not a good design, but for a starter, it's fine.. play around with the font and make sure you make a right color combination
