    They both look good, but the red one is a little better. I give the blue a 7 and the red a 8.

    The 2nd one is my favorite as you can take it in quickly. The first design will take longer to read .. it sounds silly, but logos need to be really simple.

    they're too complicated,simplify that tribal on the red one and also the blue one needs cleaning.
    Remove thsoe glow behind blue one too.

    I think they are both extremely nice drawings. I don't consider either a logo.

    There's several requirements for something to really be a logo.

    The test that most of them fail is "draw it using only black and white. does it still convey the same message? can you even tell what it is?".

    You appear to have the talent to create a good logo, so I'm not trying to insult you. I'm just fussy about what a logo is :)
