    It depends. Whether it is good or bad is a relative term.

    At present, the rate is 42.336 for $1. Its good if you are planning to transfer dollars into ruppees but bad for vice versa. It would also help our export market, while it harms US's export market.

    It basically depends on who you are and what you do :p
