So it's a flash site? It will be difficult for you to rank on search engines on competitive keywords. I suggest you add a blog sub pages where you can create different articles. Anyway, over-all, it is nice and fast!
Nice site as it is simple but yes as the above said it will be little difficult for you get a good rank on SERP but not impossible. Yes I would like to suggest you to remove that frame from your site, as Search engine don't like those frames. The rest of the site is ok. 6 out of 10
I am disappointed from your professionalism. JessieJames27 - it is not flash site. It is flash intro, with normal HTML links for languages, where is html content. Melisa - it is not iframe. Every page have URL and it is css "imitation" Nobody check the google. Here is few keywords, check the position: "balkan staffing", "us agency for balcan", "recruitment agency for balkan", "recruit from the balkans". Is this enough??? There is only english language... soon will be serbian and macedonian, so probably the rating will go up (more similar keywords).
You should avoid to use flash or minimize the loading time because the flash increasing the loading time and resultant it can drive away visitors.
your site home page is in flash, need some content, if you are not adding some content in your flash v=based site, you need lots of link back to rank your site top on SERP.
