what do you guys think of the way my site looks on a scale of 1 to 10. 10 = best 1 = worst www.italianrecipes.ca What suggestions do you have. edit: my friend says its too green, your thoughts?
6.8 I agree with your friend. I'm not fond of the middle yellow-green, but the site is attractive overall. Also, I would check the context settings on the chitika... they were showing me pet food
Yup, the yellow that the map and the adsense sit on in the center column. Not sure about chitika; I'm only running it on one site and it is pulling pretty good contextual ads for me. I think there is a way to specify your own keywords so you might try that for a bit.
6/10 Yes your greens are some annoying. Look at the usage of green at this site: http://www.haveamint.com/ Try to use some darker (not shining) greens.
I think its ironic that the "find it for you" link can barely be found itself. I'd underline those links so people know they are navigational.
Hmm .. I got some idea on what to cook for dinner tonight. Thanks to you. Unfortunately, the page is a bit bright for me. I'll give it 5/10, base on the content. I think you should do something about the background color. I wouldn't use that greenish-yellow for the background. I'll leave it white so that I could add boxes of yelow or lighter green.
hello Friends ( Webmaster) Nice meeting this wonderful community here. I am running a friendship community www.lovebowl.com Can you please reate n give me suggetions on my forum ?? www.forum.lovebowl.com that would be very help ful@ joshu
Guys, i need you to give me feedback on this improved layout.... click here http://www.italianrecipes.ca/test/indextest.htm I used some of yalls advice. better?
I'd give it a 4. It's not completely terrible, but it needs a lot of help. The green is way too much for my tastes.
Well, the design didn't appeal to me (but then that's just my opinion of course - I have no idea the business logic you intend, but I didn't really find it that engaging - just too plain for me).. Cheers, JL
Invite people into the content with something... "This Week's Featured Recipe" with a delicious picture and a description. Make them want to click into something and show them, graphically, what you're offering.
