    1 out of 10

HTML Tagging is important, URLs are Important, Page Structure is Important, all of which you seem to have not spent much time on.

In all honesty you need refactor the site to get any decent serps

use different meta tags for each page....do not use the same meta tags on every page...it's not very good for SEO...build a strong inlinking...do some "related tabs" on every page, that link to other posts or categories...use tags that link to other pages...use <h1>,<h2> tags for titles and subtitles

besides the static links, your websites is not optimized for SEO at all

Take a look at Wikipedia if you don't know what meta tags are.

Basically, you should have unique meta tags on each page (different from any other page), or search engines may think it's duplicate content. Inlinking also help you get indexed.

SEO is about achieving good conversion rates for your business goal.

I would rate the current SEO Value as 1 out of 10, the 1 is for having quite interesting content.

Study the Forums and read some books, learn some of the basic SEO Techniques.

Inbound links help indexing depth. So if your site is indexed, but only some pages of it, inlinking can increase the number of pages that are indexed.

    Hi,

you lack in keyword usage in your title tag,

    and

    generally no on page optimization

these are two starting points for you to work on.

And concerning your last question - you should check the threads PR (if they have it). Also have in mind that the idea behind being automatically submitted using back links works if they are quality ones (high PR's!)

    Regards

Better if you would rephrase your title using your targeted keywords.

As I was saying - I noticed that you have no h1 (from the on page optimization point of view). You should fix this immediately!

Add an extra targeted keyword. Use the meta tags and H1.
