as a pro designer, ill give you my 7 years worth of experience, i would re produce the entire site from scratch. Iam not being harsh, iam being totally honest with you, if you want to succeed in the web design / marketing industry, then you need to make your site inviting, you need to make people want to purchase your services. Your site does nothing of the sort. Iam not saying your site needs to be the standards of say 2advanced.com but please take a look at http://www.simplebits.com this site as yours contains alot of text on the home page, but look at how this site is so appealing, how its constructed. clean, good use of CSS etc iam only advising you for the best, take note and take care.
the banner is good but it's heavy i would do it as SWF instead of GIF to reduce the size and keep the quality! and as ratman said it looks too MFA. using ul/li is good but you don't need to use it for everything! my rate: 6/10
Looks a little dated. I would give it a 4 out of 10. Perhaps get rid of the animation in the logo. You have a lot of navigation elements. Perhaps try to minimize that since it looks kind of busy.
the header is good, but the body is a little busy, just too many text, maybe put some of your latest designs or featured work and maybe put some lines for the sections, it makes navigation easier. i give it a 6
