Really nice header. The only problem that stands out to me is the navigation, being layed out in the way you've done it might confuse people, people always associate navigation as being below the header or on the left. If it's on the right it's usually a blog thing, where you have it is very unusual, it also causes problems if you wish to add more main pages to the site. Apart from the nav layout a really nice design.
