if I were you I would get rid of the blogroll and meta widgets in your sidebar. most people don't know what this is, serves no useful purpose, and it give somewhere for people to click. the only way you want people to leave your site is via an affiliate link with a cookie or via their back button. I clicked on baby jumper and I got a lot of 0.01 internet business'/make money for sale, maybe you want to check your keywords or something otherwise looks good.
I completely disagree with mcjp6. The links in your sidebar make the site look more credible. Also, there is a very small chance that anyone is actually going to read any of them, much less click.
I would change the blogroll links, nobody cares about the dev blog and whatever else is on there. Fill those links with more CJ products, you're just wasting space with them now
The design is pretty simple. Layout is good though since folks tend to look in those areas (e.g. sidebar). Maybe you could spice it up with some more pink, some textures etc.
