i rate it 3/10. you wo'nt get High CTR. color scheme is also not good.
put some box add on home page and forum page near Login.

Now it looks better.

 

1 or 2. Sorry mate. But on opening the URL I could hardly see the adsense. The colours are too dark. Try some image ads too from adsense.

And as another member said. Put a 728x90 banner towards the top.

 

Frankly, I feel a bit strange with this placement. If I am your visitor.. I will not interested in your ads
