Rate and Review scripts

    Anyone know of any good scripts where anybody that finds it can leave a comment and can rate(1-10), the comments are displayed with the users ratig, and displays the average rating at the top?

    You could use WordPress and the WP Post Ratings plugin. There's also a few other ratings plugins available for WP that display the user's rating right along with the comment.
