I deal with four of your original six suggestions on seven content-type sites. My lady, Marjorie, and I have dreamed of income for years without success. AdSense looks to make 2005 the first year that we may take in a little more than the costs of operation. CJ and LinkShare both have a good selection of advertisers for a publisher to choose from. Amazon we need for a book that will relate to each of Marjorie's articles, really more a service to the interested reader than a source of income. BTW, BeFree could be added to your list. They're linked up with CJ now, but not formerly. Barnes & Noble is with them and other known advertisers. So far as responsiveness: CJ comes through.
