Raster to Vector logo help

    Hi guys,

    I have a file I designed with Photoshop CS6 (.psd) but for printing I need it to have Vector layers and .eps.
    I made it into .eps... but the layers are still raster.
    I need someone to convert it the Raster layers into Vector layers or recreate the logo in vector form.
    The image (if it matters) is shown below..
