    Domain was originally snapped mid 2007 and has been developed over 2 yrs. Has good back links but no PR yet. Monthly rev is an estimate as no tracking is in place for adsense or traffic right now. We are fixing this Nov 1 but taking a stab at selling without the effort. Have had offers ranging from $350 - $2500. BIN listed is the price we will sell now, firm. PM for URL. Thanks!
