    This is a very rare domain, simply because of its 2 backlinks from .INT:
    PR6: http://www.coe.int/t/dg4/highereducation/Resources/Links_EN.asp
    PR5: http://www.coe.int/t/dg4/highereducation/Resources/Links_FR.asp

    BTW those backlinks are more than 6 years old, so there is a very low risk involved in losing them, especially if you build a decent website on the domain.

    The price is 160$ which in my opinion reflects best its real value.
    However I will consider any 140$+ bid.
