    I've never heard about this actually happening in real life, but I've seen plenty of effects like this when taking photos, usually due to water on the lens or not getting the right exposure. Any more information about this "phenomenon"?

    It is true , it appeared in the news once , but I didnt really pay any attention to it . And it happened in my country , Malaysia :p my mom told me before but I did not trust
