1. Guaranteed views cost you about 50% of the purchase price.
2. Fast Views are the same cost, around 50%.
3. Standard views is where you make the majority of your money. You cost is $187 a month.
4. I spend maybe $100+/- a month on some advertising. You can certainly increase that budget or reduce it.

Technology
The CMS was completely written in PHP and is based on Years of experience. To recreate this system will take you awhile of Trial and Error to duplicate. Everything is automated as much as possible.

Expansion
You can expand into providing Likes, Subscribers and Comments. I just never tackled it but you could add that functionality to the CMS with the right Developer.

I'd also recommend expanding more into the Facebook Likes market. Currently we sell Facebook likes but haven't integrated it into the Admin. Wouldn't take much effort by any PHP developer.

Upkeep.
The site is pretty much automated. I can go weeks without checking the admin. There is some work as far as making payments to different people. That will be disclosed to the winner.

Contacts.
You'll get all the contacts I use to keep the system delivering views. These are very difficult sources to come by. Over the years we've managed to build relationships, negotiate costs and have custom built API's to make our system automated.

You'll also get access to the PHP devleoper we've used.. however you can use your own.

Support:

You'll want a Dedicated Server with as much RAM as you can. The site uses pretty much no Bandwidth, it's just the MYSQL server that requires RAM to operate when you have a lot of orders in the system.

Disclosure.
The domain youtube-views.com has a Google Penalty for "unatural linking". But since the domain ranks in Bing and Yahoo we haven't migrated it to our other domain "YoutubeViews.org"

Traffic.
The site is well established over the years. A lot of type in traffic and existing customers. We also have resellers who sell views using our custom Reseller system.

Search Engines
1. I believe we rank #1 for YouTube Views on Bing and Yahoo.
2. I would try to rank for "buy youtube views" if you're good with SEO
3. I'd also try to develop out the YouTubeViews.org domain to rank in Google, but that's up to you.

Payment.

Why am I selling this established business?
We're in no hurry to sell at all, I'm more curious to see if there are any interested parties who would want to take this project over. My focus is on other projects we're more passionate about.

Earnings Pre March of 2011 don't really matter (maybe $6-$800). The site was launched in March of 2011, but the domain was purchased in 2008. The real eye opener is we're showing you what's possible. Add your talents, SEO ability, Marketing Genius to an established business model and you'll do fine. We've done all the research, backend development and have 2 great domains to use.

The percentage of profit has changed over the years since we've managed to negotiate lower costs on various areas and we've changed our product offerings. I don't have a clear report on the profit margins over the years. You could run a report on the Database since all the sales are there if you really wanted but as stated above the current profit margins have been stated.

Hi think we may have got mixed up someplace, I don't need your % profits on a month to month basis, just your year ending profit and loss account.
So if you can let me know what your net profits were for your last year of accounts, and an approximate net profit forecast for the year ending April 14, that would be great.
Oh and is the drop off in traffic around Jan 13 down to the domains Google penalty?

 

75.000$ totally not worth it... you can create great websites with a budget of 75k you are trying to fool noobs but noobs do not have this kind of money.... also come on get seriously.... the script of the site is plain basic there are bunch of similar sites that cost like 50$ max .... and you can add your talents there too.... 75.000 ??? lmfaooo

 

YouTube are so strict with views and anything thats consider to be bots or fake views and your video is at risk so buying this site will not make any return for the buyer and the cost itself is 75k defiantely seems way too much for this.

 

Do you have youtube's permission to use their registered trademark in the domain name? Can your provide evidence of that permission.
