Yesterday I was contacted by the OP at MSN. He was trying to sell this to me fast... too fast if you ask me.
Since I wasn't born yesterday, I smelled a rat from first hour and, of course decided not to buy.

The OP was trying to sell me the domain and also the site with 3 months of free hosting.

What's the catch?

Well, the OP bought this domain, I understand that it was a legit buy since it was sold by mistake, at least it's what's being claimed, but since he doesn't have the files and database of the site with him he can't just update it, which the previous owner just did... (check above posts.)
Why didn't the OP change Nameservers? Well, if he does it the site might get de-indexed and it's value vanishes.
How did the previous owner update that since he doesn't own the domain anymore? Since the nameservers are still the same, he just needed to login with admin password.

I have asked to the OP at MSN what CMS he was using and how he was updating the site. Here's the answer:

Everyone can now understand that the domain was bought legitimaly, but after that the OP made a bunch of lies trying to sell the site he doesn't own, so I really would like to suggest you KIDS GROW UP and start acting like business man and gentleman.

Guyz sorry for the late update from my side.
This is really driving me crazy the domain was listed on namecheap marketplace and i bought it, and i have sold it again to one of my customer now the owner of this domain is not me, and dude wt would you have done if i hadn't contacted you abt it, you shouldn't have posted this message here, i had told you to wait for 24 hours i had said that i will try bemy st to help you but you didn't anyways it's the fact that the domain was listed for sale i don't know if it was you or your brother and i had bought it and it was all legally.
and to shenron i was in need of money and i had never had an illegal intention.
And i haven't done any illegal activities btw everybody on earth lies i also lied a bit.
But DP is like my home DP has given a lot of things to me so i would never do any illegal things here at DP, and that doesn't mean i will do elsewhere
