    A new site (about 2 month) I've custom coded and SEO-ed.
    It uses live XML feeds and implements Adsense into it so you will always be regarded as fresh by users and SE-s.

    Domain is rare: equity-mortgage.info - equity mortage is ranked 2-3 in Google adsense (advertiser pays about 30-40$ per click!).

    Site is Fully SEO-ed, registered on all major SE-s and ready to make $$$.
    I just don't have the time to promote it at the moment so I'm selling it.

    Free push at Godaddy and assume no traffic or revenue.

    Bids will start at 30$ with 5$ increments.
    I'll close the auction within 24 hours of the first bid.

    If you know what adsense arbitrage means then you realize this is a steal for such a keyword rich site. Grab it while it's available.

    No. I did say assume no traffic or revenue.
    It was never promoted.

    i just typed it in to google and i didnt find it.....and i looked up keyword ppc and its below $8.00
    if i am wrong please correct me or point me in the right direction
