I'm selling the site RapNation.com. It's a well established rap music forum that's been around for about a year and a half. It runs on PHPBB with several mods. Below are the stats.

    Stats
    Members: 2548
    Posts: 35861
    Visitors Last Month: 23,991
    Page Views Last Month: 651,142
    PR: 4
Listed on: Yahoo, BOTW, JoeAnt and several other paid directories

    Google Rankings:
    rap forums #3
    rap forum #4

In addition to the standard posts, it also includes an audio forum section where several members have written what I'd guess you'd consider 'theme songs' for the site. Some are quite funny, others are actually pretty good. I am not running any type of ads on the site so there is no income. I set this site up originally as a hobby and really haven't had time to be involved in quite a while. I'm wanting to sell so it doesn't dwindel away, and because I want to shut down the hosting account it's on now, but don't want to go through the hassel of moving it.

I have one other site remaining on my old host that I'll also throw into the deal, ForumsHost.net. This is a free forum hosting site using phpbb with the sebflipper script. It's fairly small, all the traffic really just one pregnancy forum hosted on it. It has adsense, but income is only a couple of bucks a month. Just consider it an extra freebie. Rapnation.com is the real site for sale.

I'm hoping to get around $2k for it, but I'm open to offers. I'm also willing to consider trades for any 3 letter .com domains or credit card related sites. Here's more detailed traffic stats.

RapNation - I ran some PPC in Jan-Mar, all traffic since has been organic. The gap in May is from when I moved it to my new host and moved it back.

ForumsHost.net - PPC Jan - Apr, everything since is organic

I guess BIN would be $2k. I'm not really interested in other three letter domains besides .com.

Are there any rules here on running actions, etc? I'm willing to consider any bids, but I don't want to be obligated to sale at a lower price if I do. It's also kind of hard to do it as an auction since I'm also willing to accept trades. Anyways, just make me an offer.

You could set a minimum bid , or starting bid. that way the buyer will know your starting price and will hopefully go up from there.
