    I'm sorry but I can't do it for 60$
    However if you need a 1 year rs account,you can buy a 1 month account created from points from me for 5.5$/each every month. It would be cheaper that way if you don't intend to upload files and just use it for downloads

    Either will do, but I would prefer access to the account so that I can verify the points I have generated, otherwise it mostly results in a confusion and generating less points
