rapidshare links on my site

    I want to ask you if it is legal to have rapidshare links of ebooks in my site.
    These ebooks are scanned pages from not freely distribute books.

    Has anyone experienced any problem?

    if you are caught the first thing going to happen is your hosting account will be canceled , then you will be trialled under copyright issue
