rapidshare and adsense violation to tos?

    i have a website where games and ebooks can be download through rapidshare links, now the question is can i put adsense in my rapidshare links website? does it violate the TOS of adsense?

    yes it it violates the TOS if content you link is illegal.

    I dont think it should violate unless you have the copyrights of the games or ebooks you are providing for downloads...
