Rapidleech sites worth it?

Well I have been thinking of starting a rapidleech site where people could download files of rapidshare and many other sites for free without the premium member restrictions imposed on them. I was wondering if it is actually a good business and if it was profitable, I have a budget of about 200-300$ for the site. Also I was wondering if I should go for rapidleech or for a script such as this:

And whats the big difference between the two? Also is google adsense allowed on such sites? If not then what other ad networks could I use? Please no sarcastic comments, all constructive comments are welcome.

IMO,$300 is not enough to run those site.
The server alone will cost you more than $100/month.
After you add in the premium account cost,i will total $200/month.
    Adsense don't allow it.

Well I dont think I am going to need a Monster server as soon as I start off, and a VPS would be enough for a startup.
Premium Accounts are not much of a problem either as I will be taking other user account donations or maybe even pay users a certain amount to allow us to use their premium accounts.
Also there must be some reliable alternative to adsense: adbrite, clicksor? or maybe even CPA lead?

sarsh11, I don't think that VPS will be enough. These sites use lots of resources and VPS can't handle them usually. Even if you don't plan attracting new visitors on startup, you should know there always will be persons who will download stuff like crazy and your server will be overloaded.

If you can't afford dedicated server, don't start this site. You will have more troubles than profit.

You really do need a dedicated server for rapid leech sites since they are very resource intensive. Even with VPS, it'll still probably go down a lot.
