    I'm basically selling a site that has potential. In fact, it did at one point. The site has been up for quite some time (8 months) . After May 07, I kinda just gave up on the site not having any time for it. The site has a good name to it, and its well known still as some asked me about it before. And since its just sitting here, i figured someone could make a nice profit off of it, as everyone loves music the site can grow as well. Even if its not your forte, you could still make some good money from it. I had many things planned for this, just didnt have time.

    Not much maintenence at all. Just keep it up to date with things such as, hacks that are useful, skins, updated info etc.

    Yes, I can get traffic for it still no problem. There is no SEO, straight unique traffic and I can get a lot for it.

    Ok, am I seeing correctly? Further review shows the site hasn't had a single post since early May. You're selling this as a dead forum?

    Understand that the forum is lost atm, however i can get the traffic for the site with no problem. I've had many people that wanted to get to the site for a while but I just didnt open it back up again.

    Also, if a right price is offered, i can offer a vB license as well perhaps.
