70%+ of current jobs in the USA are completely pay per hour..Do you not see what's wrong with that? Jobs that produce/sell/move product/provide service should give the individuals involved pay per product as well as pay per hour; even if the pay is low, like a penny or two a product. If not, then where's the fucking incentive? How is one supposed to correlate the work to profit when all they see is pph? E-commerce on the otherhand is extremely comission based. Everything from adsense to affiliate marketing comes from the work you put in & the amount of people your service affects.
I hate stores that pay by commission. Their employees just nag and nag and nag until you buy something. When they pay by hour, all they need is a motivator and they won't bother you but instead walking around to find someone that actually looks like they need help.
Perhaps paying per hour is better because you can alsways change your job and just be paid for just several hours not waiting for the end of the month
I still prefer PPH coz it more easy and less stress than pay per sales. As you know,now the sales is decreasing coz the economic is no good and thus pay per sales is not a good option for worker
