I hope this doesn't sound too brash, but it just doesn't look too good. It looks like you grabbed a template of some sort, removed the content and just added some text. Definitely add some padding between the body of text and the sides of the background, and make that bull picture blend in better with the actual template, cut it out in photoshop so it is silhouetted out that way it won't matter what the background color of your site is. Just my 2cents. Good Luck!
