    I want to understand something about Link Baits.

    For example I have a website, and I want to be #1 for the keyword "I love sex" ( is just an example ).I make an article that is successful and I got after a week 50 links.My article now rank #5 for example, but I want to be #1.How I can be #1 for my keyword, because this article is already used, I can't make a new link bait from it.

    Someone please explain me how a link bait can help you rank for a particular keyword.

    Well it seems like you have the idea. Manipulating on page factors and continuing the process of link building are the steps you will need to take to reach #1.

    And we must note here that #1 ranking sites usually are also very old and authoritative sites.

    Just keep link building and promote your article.

    very much so. especially with regards to google. they LOVE old sites with OLD links.

    write articles with "bait" i.e links to other sites and get them interested to link back to you, email them ping them or telephone them :), include .edu and .gov sites in your linkbait content, it helps a lot.
