Well, the title explains what happened. It happened to all search terms I'm monitoring. Have this happened to any of you before? Some of the terms went from 7 to 150 on msn. Anyone has a clue as why this is happening?

    Thanks.

Oh! Come on! Stop wasting our time! There could be one million reasons why your website dropped its ranking! Websites ranking go up and down. That is just how it is.
    My question to you is:
Did you just start this thread to promote your sig links?

That was a legitimate question. I don't see this happening a lot. If I was asking why my rankings dropped on google your comment would be justified. But I'm saying my rankings (all of them) increased in google but dropped dramatically in Yahoo and MSN (mostly ranking between the first 30 results are now over 100). I've been building links and working on optimization, just wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else.

Btw, I didn't start this thread to promote my sig links... did you just give me an ignorant reply to promote yours?

Well, you are smarter than I thought. Still, No one can tell you why your site dropped dramatically in Yahoo and MSN .

And no, I'm not posting on this forum to promote my sig links (only using it to get indexed). I don't care if people click on them, as Im not selling anything.

The SEO for yahoo and MSN are quite different from that of Google. Be happy that your site fared well with google which is the favorite of most of the people. BTW, do you see any difference in the overall traffic from SE to your site?

I wouldn't worry if I were you. Ranking change all the time and fluctuations are pretty normal. You should also note that increase in Google ranking is not in any way going to affect Yahoo or MSN ranking. It's just pure coincidence.

This is very natural all the time , rankings increase and decrease during a course of time, just concentrate on building links and forget about the PR , you will automatically get it when you work hard :)
