    Hey,

I have a website that was going nicely and was earning me some pretty good bucks and it all suddenly stopped!

I searched some keywords i was ranking for and i don't rank anymore for any of them:confused:

    What is happening?
I was having like 350 visitors/day and now like 15..
I don't think it's becaaus of the holidays because i just lost my rankings and not only a part of my visitors.

    The site is http://www.playsonicgame.info/

Can someone tell me what is going on?

    Thanks!

you just lost your rankings, that's what happened. Use some proxies to search and see if your site is still up.

you're not alone, we have the same fate, lost ranking, visitors and money. That's a part of our lives and I'm learning my lessons now, we should not be too confident, Google is so unfriendly sometimes.

Same here! and ironically you can use Google analytics to see the problem.
They have once again crossed the line trying to destroy affiliate marketing. It is amazing to me how they get away with this.

It's pretty interesting how you got all that traffic with just 1 game.

Same Problem Here, one of my site is having daily 1000 visitors via one k/w but now it gone to 97th page of google:( I lost my visitors from that k/w from last 3 months n still waiting to come up by that k/w. Check weather your site facing any penalty or not? Google Dance may also cause that fluctuation...

I lost my high rank on one of my sites as well. Luckily I don't rely on just one site to pay the bills!

lol i thought the same nice idea though, i might have a go and steal your idea lol :D

how much did you pay for that domain .info is it free

There have been massive increase in topics saying people have lost there rankings lately, don't know if anybody else has seen this? Google must have changed something recentley to do with the way it ranks websites i guess?

For me there was not a sudden drop but rather it was a gradual climb down over a 10 days. Hope it would pick up after the new year :)

If you stop building links this holiday season it's not possible for your site to lost rankings or decrease in your rankings. Just double your effort now and see if your site will come back.

one lesson learned is not to depend on one website alone. as the saying goes, don't put your eggs in one basket.

You probably got hit with a 950 slap. This usually happens when you keyword stuff on your site or index a massive amount of links at one time. Did you use some sort of shady auto-backlinking service for that keyword?

google is making changes again. I cant find the article but I remember reading about them bringing back in sites that they were filtering before.

Anyway, this might have something to do with it if you are now ranking lower..
