    I'm selling this site is my adsense account banned and I am not interested or have time to monetize with other ways. Can be made into very potential site and ranking can also be increased easily as its a TLD and onpage SEO is already 100% perfect. Just build some backlinks the site gets into more top making it huge potential site.
