Is there a special way to rank your Google or Youtube video in the highest rankings with Google or Youtube, or is it just standard link building etc.?

Just treat them as you would build any other site, link building w/ right anchor text should do it .

do you mean ranking on YouTube or video.google.com or ranking of the video in the search engines - if its the search engines then building links to the video will help.

Yes ure, but do I then just build links to the google video link for it to rank well just as you would other sites?
