Something interesting happened yesterday that is probably a coincidence, but I thought I'd see if anyone else has run into something like this. I have a site in a competitive niche that normally showed at position 25 for one key phrase and position 1 for another key phrase. Yesterday I had 600% more clicks than average. This hasn't ever happened before. This morning I am not ranking for either keyword. My guess is that it is just a fluke and there isn't any type of correlation between the two events. Google did an update that just happened to occur after the highest adsense day I've ever had. Has anyone else ever seen behavior like this?
