Ranking Status

    Can anyone tell me that I working a website & that website all keyword's was first page before a month but now there keywords are out of 100,200,225 like this so what is the problem of ranking & how to affect the penguin update and also today i have to report my boss so what I should say of my boss what is the reason ??? please suggest me dear all friends .
