Hello, Is it possible to get ranked for keywords like fashion jewelry, costume jewelry and gold jewelry for a new website in 4 months?? Aren't they fairly competitive keywords? so even if you build large number of links, will you get ranked in 4 months? I think that time frame is a very congested one. Plese share your opinions. 4 months is plenty - you should be able to get some fairly decent rankings, especially for long tails.
You could get decent rankings for those keywords even if they are too competitive, But... 1> Google would penalise you if your domain is something else and you are creating very high number of links for these keywords. 2> Google will not put you in top 10 due to Domain Age. There are solutions to both of above points; 1> Get a Old Domain ( Buy Old Domain which is never banned ) 2> Keyword in Domain is Plus Point...
Well its fairly possible if your website niche and keywords match 4months is good enough time if want to optimize it . Yes Possible Follow correct optimization techniques
You will get ranked....how high is the real question. If you have a large budget to buy some quality links and you are creative I think 4 months might be enough to get to the first three/four pages on some competitive terms, but getting to the first page and anchoring yourself there will take much longer.
I was able to bring my blog up at fairly good rankings in about 5 months. I kept track of my rankings using this position checker tool. I was not ranking in the top 100 positions the first month. I heavily did backlinking to relevant sites, article marketing and seo. After about 3 months or so, I checked my position, and I was showing up on the 5th page for certain keywords. I still have to do a lot to see my sites on the 1st and 2nd page, but if you put in lot of work and effort, you can make it. Edit: Mine was ranking for not so competitive keywords, so may not be relevant.

Much to my dismay, people actually think those services accomplish something. It is not possible to autopilot that work, its unfocused and they are not at all relevant or merit based links. In short, that is not professional SEO. The price is not reasonable for what you are going to get from it. fashion jewelry is a very high competitive keyword so it is very difficult to get listed in top 10 with this keyword. however you can focus on some low competitive keyword. my site is just 9 days old and it is coming on second page of Google.com with the keyword jewelry buying tips, Tips On Buying Jewelry and related keywords so i will advise you to start with low competitive keyword and do regular SEO works. Ranking is possible in 4 weeks or even less (but not typical), but it's keeping that ranking once you achieve it that is going to be the challenge. SEO is an ongoing job.
