    Site is EMD and relatively new and sitting between number 5 and 8. I'm confident that it will rise to the top 3 on its own in a few weeks(it has some quality backlinks, despite the back link checker here showing only 1 - the links are all newish), it already has ~300 visitors from google alone so far (and it ranked a week or so ago). The KW has about $2.5 CPC, but I don't use adsense because I hate it, I'm confident that whoever buys the site will make the money back in a short amount of time. The site is on one of my hosting accounts, which expires on the 28th this month, so I just want to get rid of it. Alright, well that's about it, to make things quick and simple, the domain will be pushed on GoDaddy and I accept PayPal :)
