Buying Ranking on Google Local Listings

I used to rank 5th on google local business listings for 4 of my main keywords. I just slipped to 5th Page!

Looking for someone to brink up my rank back to top 3.

Please PM me your offers and suggest remuneration for the job. Please note, I'm paying only after I'm ranking in top five back again and I'm also paying an added amount every month to keep me ranking high.

Ok, some fine points:

1) Do not send generic messages for SEO. I don't want SEO. I just want my google local listing on first five.
2) Please quote your price or at least a ballpark figure.
3) I am NOT paying upfront/in parts etc. However I am paying a low monthly fees to you to keep it going at first position.
4) I am looking at FIRST position. Payment made 75% when I'm in top five. Rest 25% and monthly payments when I reach 1st position and if and when that is maintained.

DONT spam my inbox with stupid PMs saying look at this thread when the thread doesnt even mentions google local listings.
