Ranking Lost from First Page need help

    History:

    in 2011-12 we got good ranking without special seo efforts..

    in Sep 2012 our organic traffic decreases up to 70-80%

    then we done seo in jun-2013 to aug-2013 but no result found in ranking

    then we hire seo consultant in nov 2013, they revamp website with mobile friendly design and make good on page changes on site. and done some content(blog.article) marketing and we got very good result after 6 months..we got good ranking from may 2014 to aug 2014


    now suddenly website rankings go down on starting from 26th of august..and hence our daily organic traffic decreases from 800 to 300

    Then we checked our back links and it seems that there were some linking issue due to unknown websites owners had put our web links to their all pages. and hence our back links increased suddenly..

    We Disavowed links found in july and august, check

    and we got my ranking back after 18-19 days, but problem is site remains ranking for 3-4 days only ..now we are facing the same issue again

    we have re-lost almost all rankings...

    is there any specific reason or update?

    is anything wrong with off Page?
