    Hi

I have just started a major SEO project.

the site is established, the url was registered feb 2005 so its two years old and has a few hundred inbound links.

We have redesigned it and added a very large amount of fresh and unique content.

Lots of the old pages are in the supplemental index but we dont need these now any way.

Q: what is the best way to get all the new pages indexed.

Q: the site is already ranked on Google canada but we are targetteding the UK, does anyone know whay it is ranked in Canada only.

It is hosted in canada, would this have something to do with it.

many thanks and I look forward to all your views.

    Kindest regards

    Luke

Submit a sitemap to google. That's the quickest way to get all your pages indexed.

    Hello Luke,

If your site is hosted in Canada, and has a generic domain (i.e. not .uk), then Google will consider it a Canadian site.

being hosted in Canada could have everything to do with it, have you checked Google.ca compared to Google.com?

Having a .co.uk TLD will help however getting UK hosting will give you the advantage you need if your tageting the UK ;)

yup 100% agreed. If you are in the UK, the site needs to be hosted in the UK.

a UK extension would help too.
