    My website's Ranking Gone From Google After 301 Redirection of my old domain to new domain now ,What to do now to get back my Ranking.

    just wait for a couple of weeks to retain all your rankings in SE.., this happens to every website when it is been redirected..,

    it might be gone for a while but there is a very good chance that the ranking will come back. also, you should start building backlinks to the new domain now.

    Hopefully you redirected your pages on a page-by-page basis instead of simply redirecting all requests for URLs on the old site to the home page of the new site. You have to wait on the search engine to recrawl all of your inbound links to all of your pages before your rankings come back. Depending on the number of inbound links that you have and how often the linking sites get crawled, it can take a while for the serach engines to transfer credit for those links to your new domain's URL(s).
