Hi, I saw my last update went good, ranking up to #17-19 in my niched competitive keyword with PR up from 4 to 5. Today, PR still 5 but ranking falling down slightly from #17 --> #25  I'm continue produce original useful contents, find links from theme related sites without rush-rush, buy ads from some authority site. What happened?? :(

The PageRank you see is a snapshot from around July 21st - 23rd and has nothing to do with your drop, though PR is calculated behind the scenes all the time and does figure into your rankings.
Any number of things could be the cause, such as losing a big link or your competition working harder than you... more than likely, Google has played with the algo and it pushed you down.
Check the McDar Google Datacenter Watch Tool out. You can probably find your old rankings on some, new on others.

Yes the recent pagerank update has nothing to do with the SERP at the moment, Google is changing things in their algo constantly.

Seems like you are on the right track. Just keep on doing it and be patient. :)

Also, reg your domain for 10 years and don't hide your reg info. Google prefers domains with those stats
